Untangle Systems.

Complex workflows. Messy processes. Digital products that grew sideways.

CaffeinatedZoo helps organizations figure out what’s actually broken, reduce unnecessary friction, and build systems that make sense.

Let’s Build Something Weird

What We Do

CaffeinatedZoo works at the intersection of systems, process, UX, and technology. We look at how people, tools, workflows, and information actually move through an organization, find the friction, and turn complicated problems into practical solutions.

Systems & Process Audits

Map workflows, uncover bottlenecks, identify root causes, and separate necessary complexity from the stuff that just accumulated over time.

UX & Design Systems

Improve complex products and workflows through UX strategy, prototyping, design systems, accessibility, and governance.

AI & Rapid Prototyping

Explore where AI and automation can genuinely improve a workflow, then prototype and test ideas before committing to a full implementation.

Workflow & Application Improvement

Evaluate existing tools, handoffs, documentation, and processes to find opportunities for simplification, better visibility, and less manual work.

Why Work With Us?

Because the obvious problem isn’t always the actual problem.
Because adding another tool doesn’t fix a broken process.
Because "we've always done it this way" is useful information, not a reason to stop asking questions.
Because good systems should make work easier, not create more work.
And because sometimes the right recommendation is to leave the weird thing alone.

Systems Designer / Founder, CaffeinatedZoo

I’m a systems designer with a background spanning UX, enterprise software, design systems, prototyping, operations, QA, and process improvement.I like complicated problems, especially the ones that sit between people, processes, and technology. My approach is simple: understand how the system actually works, reduce it until the problem becomes visible, and recommend solutions that address the cause instead of decorating the symptoms.
